Prof. Dr. Oliver Roll

Prof. Dr. Oliver Roll is Chair of "International marketing and price management" at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He is a member of the European Pricing Platform's Academic Advisory Board. Prof Roll gained extensive management experience at Simon-Kucher & Partners, before moving to Roland Berger Strategy Consultants to establish their Pricing Excellence Unit. He has managed marketing and pricing projects for numerous international companies. Prof. Roll also speaks at various management conferences on the topic of price management, and has published numerous articles concerning different aspects of the pricing process.

Kai Pastuch

Kai Pastuch is Managing Director of Prof. Roll & Pastuch – Management Consultants. Prior to becoming a managing partner, he was a director at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Mr Pastuch has extensive project management experience, gained from numerous projects for large international and medium-sized German companies in the areas of price management, marketing, sales and strategy.

Gregor Buchwald

Gregor Buchwald is Managing Director of Prof. Roll & Pastuch – Management Consultants. He has over 20 years' specialist industry knowledge and consulting experience. His focus is on the areas of strategy, pricing and sales. His customers include multi-national companies as well as medium-sized B2B customers. Mr Buchwald has also written numerous publications about strategy, sales and pricing and speaks at numerous events.

Dr. Karsten Konrad

Dr. Karsten Konrad is Senior Project Manager at Prof. Roll & Pastuch - Management Consultants. He has over 19 years of professional experience, thereof 10 years of specialized experience in pricing and for 5 years he manages pricing projects at national and international clients of Prof. Roll & Pastuch. Prior to his entry in consulting he was manager for research and development at two software companies and possesses thorough professional knowledge in the areas of data analysis and mathematic modelling. His focus is on quantitative, data-driven approaches regarding pricing analytics and price setting.

Michael Fechner

Michael Fechner is an Associate Partner at Prof. Roll & Pastuch - Management Consultants. For more than 14 years he consults international corporations and medium-sized companies world-wide. Before joining Prof. Roll & Pastuch, he worked as a project manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners and spent several years in London. His focus is on price management, sales and strategy.  To support companies in these areas Mr. Fechner publishes articles, conducts seminars and speaks at various events.
